Why Brevora
What Sets the Programmes Apart
Dialogue-Centred Design
Each programme is built around real conversation practice — not slides and theory. Participants work through live discussions in structured pairs and small groups.
Three Distinct Levels
Whether your team needs foundational vocabulary or a senior leader needs to refine a personal practice, there is a track matched to the stage of experience.
Take-Home Reference Materials
Participants leave with printed workbooks and personal reflection logs — practical documents they can consult before their next commercial discussion.
Facilitator Feedback Notes
Team programme participants receive individual written notes from the facilitator — specific observations rather than generic group summaries.
Kuala Lumpur Based, Malaysia-Focused
Content draws on commercial situations common in the Malaysian business context — vendor relationships, procurement conversations, and cross-border commercial dialogue.
Controlled Group Sizes
The introductory workshop caps at sixteen participants to maintain quality of discussion. Smaller groups mean more practice time per person and more useful debrief conversations.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
Who are these programmes designed for?
The introductory workshop is well suited for operational and junior commercial staff who regularly interact with vendors, suppliers, or internal counterparts. The team programme targets cross-functional groups — procurement, sales, project management — who need to align on approach before external discussions. The coaching engagement is for individual senior commercial leaders managing complex or high-value negotiations.
Can the content be adapted to our industry?
Yes. Before each programme, Brevora conducts a short briefing with the organising contact to understand the types of discussions participants typically face. Case material and role-based exercises are adjusted accordingly — whether the context is manufacturing, professional services, property, or logistics.
How is the three-day team programme structured across two blocks?
The first block covers two consecutive days focused on preparation frameworks and dialogue patterns. Participants then return to their roles for a period — typically two to four weeks — before the one-day second block, which concentrates on review, structured debrief of real situations encountered, and consolidation of personal practices.
What does the coaching engagement involve on a month-to-month basis?
Each month includes a half-day on-site session structured around the leader's actual upcoming or recently concluded engagements — preparation before, debrief after. Between sessions, there is a private channel for case discussions when time-sensitive situations arise. Quarterly reviews assess progress and adjust the focus for the following quarter.
Are the programmes conducted in English?
All programmes are delivered in English. Discussion materials, workbooks, and written feedback notes are also in English. If your organisation requires supplementary Bahasa Malaysia materials for reference, this can be discussed during the pre-programme briefing.
Where are the programmes held?
Brevora is based in Kuala Lumpur and programmes are conducted at our training venue in Menara Hap Seng 2 or at the client's own meeting facilities within Klang Valley. On-site delivery at client premises for the full team programme can be arranged upon request.
